Before You Leave
Before You Stay
If you look at your relationship from afar, you may see that staying could mean spending many more years hoping for a different result. Leaving could mean ending something that could have changed if you had just stuck around and worked harder.
So what do you do?
Once you find the reasons that make clear why should stay or leave, the decision becomes simple. You find the confidence, courage and strength to do what is right—for yourself and your family.
You don’t need to do this alone. Whether your spouse or partner decides to participate, we can help.
Our process takes less than a week.
What you do next
makes a big difference.
It Happens
You are not alone. Millions of men and women around the world are facing this same issue right now. You have built up so much together. Your decision to walk away could have lasting impacts on you, your children and your family. But staying for the sake of others is not a good enough reason, either.
Clear the confusion.
The Hard Dialogue
There is a good reason why you have not yet ended the relationship and moved on. Because it is incredibly difficult to admit the real reasons to ourselves, we need someone else to be there with us, someone we can trust, to help us see what we cannot see ourselves.
Find clarity.
The Real Reasons
You have already tried talking to your partner to address the issues. You wouldn’t be here otherwise. We all want to be loved, seen, heard and understood. When those basic needs are not met, our body, mind and spirit speak out, first with a whisper, then with screams. The real challenge is defining what you really want.
Take back control.

Without a Mirror,
You Cannot
See Yourself.
Just imagine shaving or putting on makeup without a mirror.
You may think you have done your best, but once you can see yourself, you can evaluate and make changes.
Our lives are no different.
Not until you “see” yourself from a neutral, third-person perspective, it is hard to understand what you have been doing and what your actions reveal about what you want.
We often look to family and friends, but we are reluctant to tell them the whole truth. Therapists are restricted from what they are allowed to say, especially if they are working with couples.
So what do you do? Our founder was in this exact situation in his relationship, which inspired him to develop this service for others. He brings a lawyer’s neutral perspective to understand your situation and then help you see what you cannot see yourself.
Let us hold up that mirror for you.
“Should I Stay or Leave?”
That is not the first question.
While you may start with asking if yourself if you should stay or leave, there are more important questions you need to ask first.
The “right question” is the one that you don’t want to answer honestly. It is those “right questions” that give you the clarity you need to see what is really going on in the relationship.
Once you have that clarity, you will find the strength and confidence you have needed to make the right decision and stick with it.
Take the first step.
Relationships change. We change.
And so do our needs and wants.
Do you and your partner have the capacity and desire to meet each other’s needs and wants,
today and forever more?
If the answer is no, there may not be anything worth saving.

About Me
I am a lawyer, mediator and coach. I use all three skills for helping individuals and couples find their way forward, whether together or separate.
Here’s why I started this consulting service.
Over the course of twenty-plus years as a litigation attorney, I had my fair share of high-stakes courtroom battles. I saw, first-hand, how much easier it was to hire lawyers to fight than it was to sit down and have open and honest dialogues with one another to understand and resolve the dispute.
Most surprisingly, I realized that no one offered that service. There was either therapy, traditional mediation, counseling, coaching, or divorce lawyers. But no one created the space for open and honest dialogue within couples and families.
That realization convinced me trade in my boxing gloves for an arm-chair to help couples and families in high-stakes conflict. Years of litigation training, combined with my deep connection with people, enable me to slice through the stories to see the facts as they are, without bias and without judgment, to figure out how to move forward.
I bring that dedication to each and every client engagement.
I am based in Los Angeles, California.
